I've tried it but was rejected :
[amitaba: ~/src/webdesign/debian]$ cvs -d
:pserver:anonymous@cvs.debian.org:/cvs/webwml login

CVS password:
cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.debian.org:2401 failed: Connection
refused
