I'm not aware of such a library, however you'll find some tricks on
pages made by Ralf. Look at sites www.engelschall.com and
www.openssl.org and replace .html URLs with .wml. For URLs like ../toc/,
use toc/indexl.wml. You'll have Ralf WML source code.

You'll find a lot of WML sites in
http://www.ch.engelschall.com/sw/wml/example/refs.phtml 

If you have enough time to contribute a library for specific problems,
I'll gladly use it. ;)
