Change: mailing list delivery location

I've now finally moved the expansion location for the sw-wml@engelschall.com
mailing list from my development machine here at home (which has only
on-demand Internet connectivity) to opensource.ee.ethz.ch which has a good and
permanent Internet connection. Actually this mailing list is now served by the
same machine which also delivers openssl-xxx@openssl.org,
sw-mod-ssl@engelschall.com, etc.  ;-)

NOTHING HAS TO BE CHANGED BY YOU, OF COURSE!

The result is just that the expansion and delivery of postings is now
processed immediately within a few minutes while in the past a usual delay
between 2 and 8 hours was common.  I think this is in your interest because it
makes discussion flows faster.

In case of any problems or inconsistencies with this list,
please drop me a note.
