Substitution of asteriks

Is-it possible to combine two substitution of asteriks ?

By example:

#use wml::std::lang
#use wml::des::navbar

<navbar:define name    = nav
	       imgstar = std:sel:ovr>
...
<navbar:button img = <lang:star: Icons-*-*.gif>>
...

where the first asteriks is for the language and the second 
for the navbar substitution ?
