it is a really nice idea, and your patch is included in the current
release at http://www.engelschall.com/sw/wml/distrib/wml-SNAP
I have renamed your `-d' option to `-M', as for gcc, and it accepts the
forms -MM, -MD and -MMD.
The files wml_frontend/wml.src and wml_backend/ipp.src are modified.
