BUGREPORT: Umlaute in gfont
- From: Jan Ulrich Hasecke <nospam@thanx>
- Date: Mon, 12 Apr 1999 09:34:37 +0200 (MEST)
Hello!
Sorry I could not manage wmb,
so this a non conformistic bug-report
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
it's crazy!
I use gfont to generate Headlines in this way:
in template.wml:
<define-tag kapitelname>
<gfont face=CMRoman size=2 color=#000000>%0</gfont>
</define-tag>
in the text-file inside a lang-environment <de>:
<kapitelname "HEADLINE">
When I use no Umlaut, everything works fine.
When I use a o-Umlaut it works,
but with a- and u-Umlaut the PASS 3 fails as mentioned.
When I use the A-Umlaut I get a "broken" image.
When I use the O-Umlaut gfont never stopps and uses all the
CPU-resources.
I did not tried the U-Umlaut.
