Slice-1.3.3

Hi folks,

for those who use SLICE out of WML, i just released slice-1.3.3, it can
be found at
    http://www.engelschall.com/sw/slice

Changes between 1.3.2 and 1.3.3:
*) Upgrade Perl modules (compliant with perl5.004 and 5.005)
*) Allow nested slices with the same name
*) Report a warning rather than an error when undefined slices 
   are requested
