PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

When using wml::des::imgdot with the IMGDOT_BASE definition, i'm having problems
putting it in my .wmlrc:

.wmlrc:
-D IMGDOT_BASE~./g/

intra:~/public_html$ wml -o blah.html blah.wml
** IPP:Error: Bad argument to option `D': IMGDOT_BASE=

When I put "-D IMGDOT_BASE~./public_html/g/" in my $HOME/.wmlrc, everything
works fine. What's wrong?
