I saw these problems, and i am not sure if it's my fault or a
misconfigured perl. IIRC i found a machine where ``make test'' install
perl modules under wml_test/TEST.root/... whereas ``make install''
failed. I didn't see why.

Are you sure your command will work everywhere ?
