Now, we have to find why INCLUDES has been replaced by /INCLUDES.
Any clue?
Try ``cat -v .wmlrc'' to see whether there are control characters in
your file.

Another hint: when redirecting output, it is a good idea to call wml
with the -q option to suppress printing of '-\|/-\|/-'
