	Well... it's been a while since I've needed to be
	told to RTFM :) The <protect pass=6>...</protect>
	ability is just what I was looking for and renders
	my additions a little redundant... still it was good
	to get into the internals for a while... I was under
	the mistaken impression that the <protect> flag
	couldn't be used for specific passes... Now that I
	know... I agree... there is no reason to add a
	feature that already exists...
