Hi Denis,

your suggestion worked right out of the box. Also I learned
much about some internals of WML.

This would be my Wanted Most Label ;-)

I dare to say, that I would like it as configurable as
the <navbar> feature, for instance the ToC is surrounded
by <pre> tags, so it's not as easy to trim the style.

But anyway this is up to you and I will find a solution
by myself for now.
