eperl: redefinition of `union semun'

Hi,

after the announce of Denis I have download WML 1.99.4 because I have
problems with compiling WML 1.99.3. But I get the same error:

But the results of configure seems to look okay.
The output from configure of the eperl section:

Here are the version output from my eperl and perl:
