Do you believe that support for multi-byte characters is worth working
on?  Are you interested in helping?

It should be pretty easy with perl 5.6.0, but more trickier with C
programs.  So if i have some help, i will provide an enhanced version of
mp4h, after that i could add this support into other phases.

This is a long term plan, #1 priority is to release WML 2.0.
