PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Isn't

      <define-tag endtag=required>

suppossed to behave the same as

      <define-container>

The following (stripped down) definition works with <define-container>
and not with <define-tag>:

<define-container MAGICK whitespace=delete>
<perl>
BEGIN{unshift @INC, "/usr/pack/imagemagick-4.2.9-to/solaris/perl/"};
