I forgot to mention that this bug makes WML 2.0.3 unusable when one does
not quote <a> attributes (e.g. `<a href=http://some.place.com>here</a>').
Quoted attributes are not affected, except under very special
circumstances (as the one reported by Roland).
Because of this bug, WML 2.0.4 will be out in a week or so, please send
other fixes now so that they are incorporated.
