and a tidy's bug?
I can't see why tidy change the doctype when it exists.

What about adding ALT="" in IMG tags?  I strongly believe it is a good
idea, and see no difference with summary="".

Anyway, wml_p7_htmlfix has been entirely reorganized in WML 2.0.3 to
allow more customization, i will finish this work in WML 2.0.4 and one
could specify which fixups are on and off.
