Hi Benoit,

looks like an ill-installed Perl package (or maybe Mdk provides a
perl-dev pkg?).
You have to wonder where perl.h has been put and set perl_archlib in
wml_backend/p3_eperl/Makefile

When you have found, please let me know the right solution.
