Suggestion for htmlstrip level 4

Hi!

I've got some suggestion for htmlstrip level 4: I would like to use
level 4, because I don't use client-side scripting languages like
JavaScript. But I use server-side includes, which have a similar
syntax as HTML comments.

Is it possible to change level 4 of htmlstrip so, that it'll
weed out HTML comments (<!-- [...] -->), but not SSI commands
(<!--#command [param=value]* -->)?
