Whe WGet client is per default blocked on www.engelschall.com because too much
crazy people in the past tried to download the _ENTIRE_ websize (> 100MB) with
WGet. So I blocked this nasty client totally. When you want to use WGet you've
to use a different User-Agent ;-)

Have I stopped? I can't remember. Actually the diffs are useful, of course.
So feel free to start it again, Denis. The scripts for it should still stay
inside the webtree under distrib/.
