Agree, but it currently performs only one of these actions.

Roland, WML 2.0.3 contains ``Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0''
also available at http://www.w3.org/TR/WAI-WEBCONTENT
I try to follow those guidelines, if you believe they are wrong, please
tell the W3C ;-)
