[BUG REPORT] WML 2.0.6, Mandrake 7.2

BUG REPORT

Package: WML 2.0.6
Operating System: Mandrake 7.2

Problem Description:
| WML reprints additional <define-tag> container and
| "%body" in the final HTML output, and completely
| ignores the parameters after #include <file.inc>.
| I assume that this is wrong. wml 1.7.3 worked fine
| with the same sources.
| 
| Is this a known bug?
