Hi Jeff,

the generated HTML file shows that you are running WML 2.0.6, so you
have to read README.mp4h for hints on upgrading. Firstly, add -i
wml::sys::compat1 to .wmlrc or command line, then try to fix remaining
problems.  Let us know if you need some help.
