man for mp4h

Hi,

I´m getting a print-ready postscript version of all man pages
included with wml through

pod2man --section=n --center="wml manual" foo.pod foo.n

groff -mandoc -Tps foo.n >foo.ps

A few other I just get them formatted with a2ps.  But, how can I
get a (*roff) .ps (or simple .ps) from the mp4h documentation?
