The safest solution is to convert .pod documentation to .ps:
under wml_backend/p2_mp4h/doc, run
   make mp4h.pod
and then process this file.
As an exercise, i also wrote a converter to TeXinfo, but never looked
closely how it works. Anyway, you may try
   make mp4h.ps
